Product Description

Social proof is the influence that the actions and attitudes of the people around us (either in real life or online) have on our own behavior. The "proof" element is the idea that if other people are doing it (or saying it), it must be correct. Social Proof is a critical component in an effective customer acquisition plan.

There are 5 modules in the course plus an Introduction and a Conclusion:

Introduction-You'll start by explaining how vital social proof is for influencing a prospect's decision to buy, no matter what business your customers are in.

Module 1-The What and How of Social Proof: You'll show your students the major categories of social proof and how they work to impact people’s buying decisions so that they can determine which types of proof they should focus on most.

Module 2-Obtaining Social Proof From Your Customers: You'll give students proven tactics for acquiring and attracting social proof from their customers so that they can begin gathering the social proof that has the biggest impact on conversions.

Module 3-Beyond the Testimonial: More Tactics for Social Proof: Students will learn about the myriad of ways to go beyond the basic customer testimonial, so they can combine different social proof strategies and build their credibility further and faster.

Module 4-Putting Your Social Proof into Practice: Teach students how to publish their social proof in a variety of places, so they can strategically strengthen their sales funnel and validate a customer’s purchasing decision.

Module 5-Building Your Social File: Student will learn how to develop a plan to manage and organize their social proof, so it is available whenever they need to improve their marketing and conversions.

Conclusion-You’ll conclude by recapping key points and guiding students through some action planning, so they’ll walk away knowing exactly what they need to do next to acquire and provide social proof in their business.
