About the Employer

Children's Lighthouse is a values based early learning school for children of ages 0-5 years. Our proprietary curriculum is well- rounded and enrichments in Arts is desirable across STREAM development centers. Best practice is to create age appropriate Art skills for preschoolers that align with the Learning Wall, lesson plans and character values. Lessons must ensure compliance with Environmental Rating Scales recommendations to maintain our five star licensed program. Schedule will be from 9-11 a.m. across two days per week. Program must be designed to maximize parent engagement and provide a monthly newsletter summarizing activities and character values. The weekly practices will lead up to two showcases a year for children to share Art with parents in a fun and safe learning environment. Candidate must have prior experience teaching preschoolers, along with a background check from NC DCDEE. Progam must ensure compliance with Environmental Rating Scales recommendations to maintain our five star licensed program.
