We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team and help us support the growth and development of our youngest learners.Key Responsibilities:Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of infants and toddlers.Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that meets the individual needs of each child.Conduct regular observations and assessments to monitor each child's progress and development.Foster strong, caring relationships with children, providing comfort and support as they explore and learn.Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to plan and execute activities, events, and projects.Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.State certification or credential for teaching infants and toddlers, if required.Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.Strong understanding of infant and toddler development principles and best practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that respects the diverse backgrounds and needs of all children.CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Contribution to a meaningful mission of nurturing and educating young children.Asteam is an equal opportunity employer.
